Because this is a digital download, all sales are generally final once the product has been purchased and accessed.

If you have trouble accessing your download, receive the wrong file, are charged twice, or experience a technical issue, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the issue and either help you access the product, replace the file, or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refunds are generally not offered for buyer's remorse, failure to use the product, or after the digital file has been successfully delivered.
